  • Selection of target markets and qualification of some of them through interviews with experts.
  • Identification of production site capacity levels, modeling of associated manufacturing costs.
  • Forecasting of free-cash flow for each expansion or optimization scenario of the markets served.
  • Mobilization of stakeholders, formulation of recommendations.
