  • A need to secure the optimal launch of a new model, a key axis of the brand strategy, and to reinforce its market share by maximizing the perceived product value.

PROJECT APPROACH

  • Coordination of the project with all the departments concerned (Products, Marketing, Communication, etc.).
  • Creation of a marketing guide for Brand Managers in each country, including a detailed and impactful sales pitch for the new model and a comparison with competing models on the market.
  • Pricing strategy on the different markets of the launch.
  • Definition and implementation of a communication strategy adapted to the different markets and customers.
  • Follow-up of the deployment and analysis of the launch in Europe.

  • Deployment of the marketing guide to the 24 Brand Managers in each country of the European region.
  • Respect of the launch schedule (validation of prices on the different markets, availability of communication assets).
