PROJECT OUTLINE

  • Pagamon assists a multi-brand car manufacturer in analyzing the potential of different markets, different export scenarios, and possible synergies between its brands.
  • The brand is very concentrated on its home country (90% of sales in volume). Exports are limited (10% in volume) and geographically restricted.
  • Drivers favorable to export development:
    • A different offer from the Group’s brands.
    • The possibility of capitalizing on the synergies and export experience of the Group’s other brands (partners, networks, logistics routes).
    • The desire to analyze the possibilities and conditions for export development in both the short and medium term.
