Pierre Kalfon joins Pagamon, in charge of the Services sector

In order to meet the transformation challenges of organizations in the Services sector, Pagamon welcomes Pierre Kalfon, previously Partner at CSC Peat Marwick | DXC in charge of strategy and transformation consulting – particularly digital.

Pierre has 30 years of experience in management consulting on organizational transformation issues (evolution of operational models, articulation between marketing, sales and services, adaptation to new modes, work spaces and solutions for employees, etc.). After 10 years with Accenture, he joined CSC Peat Marwick (now DXC) for more than 15 years to help its clients develop and expand their business scope and the impact of their evolutions – especially digital – on their operational model. Working with major accounts and SMEs in the Services sector at national and international level, Pierre contributes to the improvement of both the customer and employee experience. He was also responsible for the consulting activities of Harrison & Wolf, a corporate communications consulting firm.

Pierre is a graduate of the ESSEC business school and holds an Executive Leadership Program from Cornell University.

Pierre will be in charge of the development of the firm’s activities in the Services sector (B2C and B2B), in both external (Customer Experience, portfolio of offers, digital transition…) and internal areas (transformation of operational models, Employee Experience…).
