The client wanted to conduct a diagnosis of the central pharmacovigilance function with the objective of securing pharmacovigilance activities at the central level and controlling product risk, setting up a new reporting line and ensuring a smooth transition while preserving the pharmacovigilance ecosystem.

Following a change in strategy, this laboratory had reorganized, including the creation of a Scientific and Medical Affairs Department (DAMS) with ~150 people. Pagamon assisted them in clarifying the impact of the Group’s new orientations on their operational activities.
