Richard has 30 years of professional experience in management consulting (Gamma International, Gemini Consulting, Capgemini Consulting). Richard started his career as a consultant in organization and information systems. He then extended his experience to large transformation programs. More than 15 years ago, Richard focused on the Life Sciences sector, broadening his scope to include the full range of consulting engagements. He has conducted due diligence, strategy assignments covering both definition and implementation, and operational efficiency improvement programs. He has led numerous R&D assignments that have combined redefinition of development models, optimization of operational performance, Business Process Reengineering, etc. Richard has led several major consulting assignments with international teams for global clients.
