Pagamon organizes the deployment of a new CRM tool for a car manufacturer in over 30 countries.

  • The client, a car manufacturer, wants to deploy a new CRM tool (Salesforce) in 30 countries.
  • Local teams have different cultures, habits and work methods.
  • The users show a strong resistance to change.

PROJECT APPROACH

  • Deployment of the CRM project in the defined country perimeter and within the time and cost constraints.
  • Supporting countries during the change of the tool and after the transition to the new tool.
  • Collected feedback from the different countries in order to expand the list of “best practices” and improve the Group’s methods.

RESULTS

  • More than half of the countries have already deployed the CRM project.
  • Countries where the new CRM tool has been deployed are showing improved performance in terms of managing daily operations.
  • Corporate deployment methods are evolving thanks to feedback from the field and analysis by the project team.
