PROJECT OUTLINE

  • Veeva’s “VREG” solution is being implemented with internal business and IT teams, and external teams (the solution provider, a migration partner and a process consultant).
  • The project is at risk and has experienced many major deviations.
  • The person in charge of this implementation chose to have his business manager supported by a PMO in charge of coordinating all business activities, in conjunction with the various stakeholders mentioned above, and ensuring that the project ran smoothly.

PROJECT APPROACH

  • (Re)definition of the roles, responsibilities, and activities of the project actors.
  • Review of the project plan, coordination, and follow-up of actions.
  • (Re)definition, and weekly follow-up of the schedule and integration of the activities of all stakeholders.
