Identification and implementation of governance between the Biometrics and Pharmacovigilance departments

PROJECT outline

  • To facilitate interactions between the Biometrics and Pharmacovigilance departments, Pagamon provides strategic and methodological support to the project manager appointed to define and manage this governance.
  • Decisions impacting these two departments must be shared, adopted, prioritized, and implemented at the right decision level and in a coherent manner, without disrupting operations.

PROJECT APPROACH

  • Definition of a cross-functional governance adopted by the R&D decision makers.
  • Identification, review, presentation, and prioritization of initiatives by the directors representing Biometrics and Pharmacovigilance.
  • Coordination and follow-up of the implementation of these initiatives:
    • Organization of interviews and workshops.
    • Activity monitoring table (resources, workload, budget).
  • Governance activity report at M0 + 27 months, presented to R&D decision makers.

RESULTS

  • Plan of recommendations for the constitution of a cross functional governance.
  • Prioritization and follow-up table for initiatives.
  • Case study reports (e.g., strategy for managing post-authorization clinical studies with pharmacovigilance objectives).
  • Cross-functional governance activity report.
