  • The operation of the School of Business is weakened by the long absence of the School Manager.
  • In this context, the client is looking for :
    • Support to manage projects over the next two years.
    • A reorganization of the School’s processes and activities in order to find, after Pagamon’s departure, a sustainable way of operating.

PROJECT APPROACH

  • Formalize the School’s mission, scope and three-year ambitions.
  • Provide a complete inventory of the School’s activities and conduct a benchmark.
  • Define the two-year training plan and the priority projects in line with the three-year ambitions.
  • Successfully manage the training projects for the next two years.
  • Reorganize the School’s activity in a sustainable way: description of the School’s processes and implementation of a new governance.

  • Definition and deployment of the two-year training plan.
  • Deployment of the School’s international training offer.
