PROJECT OUTLINE

  • The company must reduce the risks linked to knowledge management (employee departure, loss of documents, computer bugs, etc.).
  • Like any other department, Engineering is impacted and must organize itself in this sense.
  • Moreover, this department wishes to gain in efficiency in the use of this knowledge to accelerate innovation and the industrialization of its PoCs into projects.
  • Finally, it wishes to create synergies in the development of its projects (reuse of good practices, pooling of efforts, etc.).
  • Pagamon carries out the diagnosis of the Engineering department (organization, tools, processes, management) by involving the employees in the construction and the restitution of an action plan.
