The position of Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation

We offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Senior Consultant.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, to discover new sectors of activity and to quickly take on responsibilities.

You will be involved in a variety of projects with high added value. You will be the privileged contact of the managers as well as the operational teams. You will supervise Junior Consultants on projects and ensure their professional development and their increase in skills.

You will define strategic orientations and support the operational implementation of recommendations developed with your clients. You will act as the pivot of the firm with our clients.

You will actively participate in the firm’s business development and will manage various transversal subjects.

Job conditions

The position is based in Paris.
The remuneration consists of a fixed salary, a bonus and a profit-sharing.

 

Job profile – Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation

You have a degree from a leading Business or Engineering school or University and 2 to 5 years of experience in strategy and transformation consulting, in a firm or in a company.

You wish to continue to develop your expertise in the following areas:

  • Business strategy (business modeling, market analysis, due diligence…).
  • Customer experience (customer journey, marketing, sales or services, customer satisfaction, digital strategy…).
  • Innovation and offer portfolio (innovation approach, product development cycles, offer marketing…).
  • Business organization and operational model (R&D, operations, maintenance, distribution, support functions…).
  • Strategy, governance and data
  • Change management.

During your first years of professional life, you have been able to make proposals and unite a team around complex projects ranging from the diagnosis of a problem to the concrete implementation of recommendations. You have acquired experience in supervising more junior profiles. You like to think differently about the world.

Your great capacity to work, listen and analyze and your sense of commitment are essential assets for success in this position. You naturally have excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

The international dimension of our clients makes an excellent command of written and spoken French and English essential. Knowledge of an industry sector is an important asset, even though our consultants work with clients from a wide variety of sectors (industry, services, life sciences, etc.).
