    • The client wants to replace this training with digital and autonomous training, still respecting the standards in order to save investment, time and quality of training

Project approach

    • The project is carried out in an agile manner and Pagamon supported the development of the project on the side of the business team in the formalization of user stories, prioritization of the product backlog, definition of the Deepen the RUN use case to carry out a pilot with the BUs in early 2020
