  • Conduct a study of the automotive distribution market in Tunisia (sales volumes, market shares, entry restrictions [quotas, parallel market, etc.]).
  • Conduct a financial analysis.
  • Build the strategic plan for the development of the distribution network and sales over a five-year period.
  • Recommend to the client the improvements to be made in CRM and digital communication to meet the manufacturer’s requirements.
