PROJECT OUTLINE

  • Project to define a new global brand promise based on strong commitment and significant compensation.

PROJECT APPROACH

  • Building and leading a dedicated multi-departmental governance and taskforce.
  • Development of a methodology and a work schedule.
  • Analytical support: competitive and other sector benchmarks, diagnosis of the existing situation.
  • Organization, administration, and analysis of qualitative (focus groups) and quantitative (e-surveys) customer surveys in four countries (screening, briefing and piloting of a specialized provider).
  • Development of a costing model for implementation and operation.
  • Preparation of POCs in 3 countries (communication, deployment process, training, IT evolutions).

RESULTS

  • Validation of the project by the top management (Group Sales Director).
  • Validation of the theme and the declination of the promise by the top management (Group Sales Director).
  • Validation of the launch of three countries to carry out POCs.
  • Final phase of the operational preparation of the three POCs, in collaboration with the country contacts.
