Facilitation of a working seminar between two car manufacturers to identify priorities

PROJECT OUTLINE

  • To bring together the working groups of two selected car manufacturers on a shared diagnosis, objectives and a common action plan.

PROJECT APPROACH

  • Interviews with the leaders of seven working groups of the two car manufacturers (separately, then together), to make them converge on a proposal of diagnosis, objectives and action plan.
  • Review of the proposals of each of the groups by the Project Management, with a particular attention on the understanding of the objectives, the alignment of the teams to facilitate the cooperation in the years to come and the construction of the action plans.
  • Facilitation of a 2-day seminar: sharing and adjustment of messages in brown-paper fair, presentation of key messages by management and groups in plenary session.

RESULTS

  • A strengthened spirit of cooperation and mutual trust.
  • Standards allowing the development of automatisms by the teams.
