PROJECT OUTLINE

  • Support in the definition, construction, and presentation of the three-year strategy of two luxury perfume brands, subsidiaries of an international top player in the luxury and cosmetics industry, with a view to the annual presentation to the Group’s President.

PROJECT APPROACH

  • Definition and co-construction of the template, the target deck, and the storytelling of the brand strategy.
  • PMO: global organization of the project in view of the presentation to the top management: retroplanning, phasing, organization of the workshops, synthesis of the intputs of each department on the different themes, task sharing, etc.
  • Preparation, animation, and synthesis of thematic workshops: financial elements, growth strategy, product strategy, customer experience, etc.
  • Analyses: market trends, benchmarks, current and future positioning of the brand, etc.

RESULTS

  • Extremely satisfied client; for each brand: presentation of 100 slides | 25 presented, finalized one week ahead of schedule.
  • Renewal for a job dedicated to Customer Experience.
